V&D La Place Broodje gemarineerde kip
Loved this sandwich and used to buy it in town, untill V&D and the La Place shop closed. Missed it loads and now I found the recipe and it comes darn close to what they sold. I didn’t try the official recipe, but sharing it anyway.

- 1 Focaccia
- Italian herbs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 20 g Bean sprouts Bønnespirer/taugé
- 500 g Chicken filet
- 10 g Pickles
- 1/2 Onion
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 25 g Sour Cream Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Cajun gumbo melange
Cut the chicken filet in slices (I usually do this afterwards!)
Rub the chicken with olive oil and the melange
Oven on 180 degrees celcius and cook chicken for 40 minutes
Cut onions and pickles in 2mm cubes
Weigh the mayo, creme frauche, mustard and cajun gumbo melange
Mix with the pickles and onions
Open the focaccia and put the spreak on bottom half
Put the bean sprouts over the chicken filet and close off with the top of the bread
