Ingredients

cucumber

Greek Yogurt
Instructions
Wash the cucumber, peel and take the seeds out
Grate the cucumber and put on a deep plate
Add salt and pepper
Stir together and let rest for 10 minutes
Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a blender (blender is not needed if you don't want to, then just stir together)
Squeeze the garlic and add to the blender
Blend until garlic is nicely mixed in with the rest
Press the water out of the mixture
Add the yogurt
Stir together
1 hour in the fridge
taste
add some oil on top when serving
