Instructions
Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package
Cut all ingredients in dices (keep the shrimps whole!)
Shred or cut the nori sheets in small pieces
Add rice vinegar, some salt and some sugar to the sushi rice, to taste and let the rice cool down
Add all ingredients including the rice in a big bowl and mix slowly with a spoon
Add some soy sauce for a more salty flavour or add wasabi or ginger and the pokebowl spices
