molten butter

Egg yolks
Instructions
Preheat oven 250 degrees Celcius
Mix almond flour with the pinch of salt, powdered sugar and baking powder
Add lemon zest, juice, molten butter and egg yolks to it and kneed until you have a soft and smooth dough
Roll balls (original recipe said 10 balls, but I would say 15-20) of the dough and roll through some powdered sugar
Place the cookies on a baking tray and push them so they are a little more flat
Switch off the oven and place the baking tray at the bottom of the oven
Leave the cookies in the closed oven for about 20 minutes so they will cook but not change colour
