Simple “Indian” Curry
Got this recipe from someone I was visiting in the UK once. Easy and fast.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 30 minutes mins
- 1-3 Onions
- Garlic/garlic powder to flavour
- Ginger powder to flavour
- Meat (chicken, or lamb for instance)
- Indian curry sauce or powder
- cans Chopped tomatoes
- 1 can Coconot milk can be left out
Fry onions, garlic and ginger together in oil (olive oil)
Add meat (I usually use lamb or chicken), depends how much you want to make, but 4 chicken filets work
Put in generous amounts of indian curry powder or indian curry paste (you choice)
Add chopped tomatoes
Leave to simmer
(you can also add 1 tin of coconut milk)
Serve with naan bread and rice
