Instructions
Whisk flour, baking soda, sugar and speculaas spices together
Add butter and at last the milk to the flour and knead well
Put the dough in householdfoil and put overnight in the fridge
Roll the dough in small balls and put on a with parchment paper lined oven tray
Bake the pepernoten in about 15 minutes on 170 degrees Celcius in the oven
