Ingredients

Durum flour

Olive oil
Instructions
Mix flour and salt on the table.
Make a hole in the middle and add the oil and egg in the hole.
Slowly fold together.
Knead the dough until its smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).
Put in cling wrap and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough out a bit (sprinkle some flour on the table and on top of the dough).
Then put the dough through the pastamachine.
If it gets too sticky, add some flour to top and bottom of the dough.
