Equipment

  • 1 work table
  • cling wrap
  • 1 pasta machine

Ingredients
  

  • 3 dl Durum flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and salt on the table.
  • Make a hole in the middle and add the oil and egg in the hole.
  • Slowly fold together.
  • Knead the dough until its smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).
  • Put in cling wrap and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Roll the dough out a bit (sprinkle some flour on the table and on top of the dough).
  • Then put the dough through the pastamachine.
  • If it gets too sticky, add some flour to top and bottom of the dough.
