Ingredients
ciabatta sandwich rolls
olive oil
basil pesto
slices of mozzarella cheese
sliced tomato
some salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat the (panini) grill
Cut the bread horizontally in half
Brush all sides with olive oil
Spread pesto on the insides of both halves
Layer each sandwich with the cheese and tomato
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Place the sandwiches on the grill, grill for 4 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted
Slice diagonally and serve warm
