Nougat ice cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Condensed milk
  • 2,5 dl Heavy cream
  • 100 g Soft nogat What the Danes call "nougat"!
  • 2 dl Boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Cut the nougat in small cubes
  • Melt the nougat au bain marie
  • Add the condensed milk and stir so it is well mixed
  • Stir in the boiling water and heavy cream
  • Cool down the mixture in the fridge (6+ hours)
  • Add the mixture to your ice cream churner and mix according to the instructions of your machine
