Mix ginger powder, pepper, ras el hanout and water together
Rub the meat with this mixture
Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces
Fry the meat
Add onions, garlic and the cinnamon stick
Add boiling water as much as that the meat is for 2/3 under water
Bring to a simmer
Add raisins, toasted almonds, honey and powdered cinnamon to the meat
Let it simmer until there is almost no liquid anymore
