Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Clean the leek and parsley
Put the garlic, leek, parsley and lemon juice in a food chopper
Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper
Chop until everything is finely chopped, but not completely smooth
Add the mixture to a bowl and add the mayonnaise
Stir well until smooth
