Dice the onions
Heat up the pan and add butter and fry the meat while stirring
Fry the onion after about 2 minutes together with the meat
Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and the flower and stir well
Add the water and the broth tablet, just enough so the meat is just submerged under water
Add vinegar, sugar, bay leaves and cloves
Bring to a boil and put the lid partly on the pan
Simmer for 3 hours
Add pepper and salt to taste
