Kook the mie/egg noodles according to the package
Chop onion and garlic into small pieces
Fry in the oil for 2 minutes
Add sambal, ketjap, paprika powder, kurkuma and ginger powder and mix well
Add the veggie mix and the bell pepper
Fry this for a few minutes, keep stirring
Drain the mie/egg noodles and work the noodles through the veggie mix
Serve the bami with the veggies on a plate and garnish with some cashews
Nice with some kroepoek, chicken wings or an egg. Also nice with peanut sauce
