Cut meat in cubes 2x2cm and sprinkle with salt
Heat up the butter in the pan, fry the meat in 3 minutes golden brown
Fry the onion rings for 6 minutes on low temperature in the butter from the meat
Add flour and fry for about 5 minutes
Add the broth tablets, water, cloves and bay leaves. Bring to a boil
Take the pan off the heat, add vinegar, ketjap and meat
Stir and put the lid on the pan and put the pan back on low heat
Let it simmer for 4 hours and then take the lid off the pan
Remove the bay leaves and cloves, add some pepper and salt
Remove from the heat after an other hour and enjoy!
