Boil water in a pot with some salt
Cook the pasta, one minute shorter than the package tells you to do
Take 1 cup of the cookingwater out of the put and put aside
Drain the pasta
Fry butter in pan, add shrimps
Fry for 1 minute
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic
Stir for 20 seconds untill you start to smell the garlic
Add the wine
Let it simmer for 2 minutes untill the wine is reduced
Add the cream and chicken broth
Add the cheese
Stir untill the cheese is all molten
Let it simmer untill the sauce is nice and thick
Mix the shrimps through the pasta
Add the sauce
Then add half of the cooking water that you saved earlier
Shake the pan with the pasta 30-45 seconds so that the sauce will stick to the pasta
Sprinkle the parsley and some pepper and salt over the pasta
Shake again and add some cooking water if the sauce is too thick
Serve with parmesan cheese
