Cream Cheese Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g real butter
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven on 175 degrees Celcius and butter the tin and add a layer of flour to the buttered tin
  • Add butter, cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and mix until creamy
  • Add in an other bowl bananas, eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until it looks like a lumpy mass where eggs and milk are well mixed together
  • Add the banana mixture to the rest and mix until all is mixed well.
  • Add the flour and a pinch of salt, mix until all is mixed well
  • Add the mixture to the tin and bake in 60-65 minutes golden brown and done
  • Let the bread cool down in the tin, it will easily come out of the tin and let it cool down completely
