Heat the oven on 175 degrees Celcius and butter the tin and add a layer of flour to the buttered tin
Add butter, cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and mix until creamy
Add in an other bowl bananas, eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until it looks like a lumpy mass where eggs and milk are well mixed together
Add the banana mixture to the rest and mix until all is mixed well.
Add the flour and a pinch of salt, mix until all is mixed well
Add the mixture to the tin and bake in 60-65 minutes golden brown and done
Let the bread cool down in the tin, it will easily come out of the tin and let it cool down completely
