Let rest for 1 hour in the bowl and place a tea towel on top of the bowl
Press the air out of the dough and roll the dough out to a flat bread
Place bread on the oven plate.
Let rest for an other 30 minutes under a wet tea towel
Cut onions in half rings. Place onions on bread and then top with the grated cheese
Bake on 200 degrees Celcius for 25-30 minutes. My cheese was only ready after 40-50 minutes, so it depends a bit on the oven, just check if the cheese is getting brown as well
