Cheese onion bread

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 mixer
  • 1 tea towel
  • 1 Rolling Pin

Ingredients
  

  • 350 g flour
  • 7 g salt
  • 5 g yeast (dried)
  • 228 ml luke warm water
  • 2 big onions
  • 100 g grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together to a nice dough
  • Let rest for 1 hour in the bowl and place a tea towel on top of the bowl
  • Press the air out of the dough and roll the dough out to a flat bread
  • Place bread on the oven plate.
  • Let rest for an other 30 minutes under a wet tea towel
  • Cut onions in half rings. Place onions on bread and then top with the grated cheese
  • Bake on 200 degrees Celcius for 25-30 minutes. My cheese was only ready after 40-50 minutes, so it depends a bit on the oven, just check if the cheese is getting brown as well
