Mix the cream cheese with the crushed pepper corns with a spatula, until you have a smooth structure
Then add the crème fraiche and make sure the consistency stays smooth
Cut the chives in little pieces and add half of it and all parsley to the mixture
Open the ciabatta and make sure both halves are still connected to each other
Cut the salad in strips and lay on the bread
Put the cream cheese on top of the salad
Decorate with some of the chives
My own spin on this recipe: first drizzle the bread with olive oil on both sides and put on a panini grill until brown. Then add the salad to the bread and put the cream cheese on top. Super yummy
