Coconut milk
Instructions
Boil the beans 10 minutes in a pot with boiling water
Chop the onion, ginger and garlic very small, best use a food processor or similar
Fry this mix 2 minutes in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
Add the ketjap, laos, sambal and sugar and stir
Add coconut milk and crumble the bouillon cube above the mix
Bring to a boil slowly
Add the beans and stir well
Let it simmer for 5 minutes
Serve as part of a rice table with kroepoek and rice
