Dice the onion
Cut the tips off of 12 asparagus
Cut the tips in halves
Cut the asparagus in pieces of 2 cm
Heat the butter in the pan, fruit the onion on low heat
Add the cut asparagus and fry for 5 minutes
Add the chicken broth
Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes on low heat with lid on the pan
Add pepper and salt to taste
Boil the asparagus tips in a pan with water and salt for about 3-4 minutes and then drain
Puree the soup with a hand blender
Add the cream, add lemon juice to taste
Serve with the asparagus tips
