Amaretto

Water

Star aniseed
(I leave this out)

Vanilla sugar

Sukrin
Instructions
Peel the pears and cut in half to remove the core
Take a high pan where the pears fit in
Add the water, amaretto, sugar, sukrin and star aniseed and mix together
Add the pears and bring to boil
When it boils, turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 1,5 hours
Then switch off the heat and let it sit for a while so the flavours can really get in to the pears
I leave the aniseed out, I don’t like the taste of that
