Tzatziki
Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 g Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber, peel and take the seeds out
- Grate the cucumber and put on a deep plate
- Add salt and pepper
- Stir together and let rest for 10 minutes
- Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a blender (blender is not needed if you don't want to, then just stir together)
- Squeeze the garlic and add to the blender
- Blend until garlic is nicely mixed in with the rest
- Press the water out of the mixture
- Add the yogurt
- Stir together
- 1 hour in the fridge
- taste
- add some oil on top when serving
