Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 750 g Roma Tomatoes In pieces
  • 750 ml Water
  • 1 Veggie broth tablet
  • little bit of cooking cream
  • 1 can Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Some basil
  • some chili powder for an extra kick optional!

Instructions
 

  • In the soup pan: fruit the onion and garlic (about 3 minutes) in olive oil
  • Add the tomatoes and fry for around 5 minutes, while stirring
  • Add water and veggie tablet
  • Stir in the tomato puree
  • Let it simmer for a couple of minutes
  • Mix with hand blender all together
  • Let simmer for a few more minutes
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve with some cooking cream and basil on top
  • Enjoy!
