Sushi Salad
Ingredients
- 3000 g Sushi rice
- 200 g Big shrimps
- 150 g Salmon filet Diced
- 3 Tomatoes Diced
- ½ Cucumber Diced
- 3 g Nori sheets shredded or cut
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Avocados Diced
- 1 pinch Pokebowl spices optional
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package
- Cut all ingredients in dices (keep the shrimps whole!)
- Shred or cut the nori sheets in small pieces
- Add rice vinegar, some salt and some sugar to the sushi rice, to taste and let the rice cool down
- Add all ingredients including the rice in a big bowl and mix slowly with a spoon
- Add some soy sauce for a more salty flavour or add wasabi or ginger and the pokebowl spices
