Sushi Salad

Sushi Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3000 g Sushi rice
  • 200 g Big shrimps
  • 150 g Salmon filet Diced
  • 3 Tomatoes Diced
  • ½ Cucumber Diced
  • 3 g Nori sheets shredded or cut
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Avocados Diced
  • 1 pinch Pokebowl spices optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package
  • Cut all ingredients in dices (keep the shrimps whole!)
  • Shred or cut the nori sheets in small pieces
  • Add rice vinegar, some salt and some sugar to the sushi rice, to taste and let the rice cool down
  • Add all ingredients including the rice in a big bowl and mix slowly with a spoon
  • Add some soy sauce for a more salty flavour or add wasabi or ginger and the pokebowl spices
