Red Cabbage Salad

Prep Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g Red cabbage
  • 100 Raisins
  • 75 g Walnuts
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 40 g Yoghurt
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 Lemon
  • pepper
  • 2 Apples

Instructions
 

  • Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage
  • Grate the cabbage
  • Dice the apples
  • Add the apples with raisins to the red cabbage to a bowl
  • Chop walnuts and add to the cabbage
  • Clean the lemon and grate half of the lemon peel
  • Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the lemon peel
  • Add mayonnaise and yoghurt to the lemon peel/juice to make a sauce
  • Add the sauce to the cabbage and mix together with some pepper and salt
  • Enjoy!
