Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 g cold botter in small cubes
- 140 g brown sugar (brun fari)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp Speculaas spices
- 4 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Whisk flour, baking soda, sugar and speculaas spices together
- Add butter and at last the milk to the flour and knead well
- Put the dough in householdfoil and put overnight in the fridge
- Roll the dough in small balls and put on a with parchment paper lined oven tray
- Bake the pepernoten in about 15 minutes on 170 degrees Celcius in the oven
