Nougat ice cream
Ingredients
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 2,5 dl Heavy cream
- 100 g Soft nogat What the Danes call "nougat"!
- 2 dl Boiling water
Instructions
- Cut the nougat in small cubes
- Melt the nougat au bain marie
- Add the condensed milk and stir so it is well mixed
- Stir in the boiling water and heavy cream
- Cool down the mixture in the fridge (6+ hours)
- Add the mixture to your ice cream churner and mix according to the instructions of your machine
