V&D La Place Broodje gemarineerde kip

Loved this sandwich and used to buy it in town, untill V&D and the La Place shop closed. Missed it loads and now I found the recipe and it comes darn close to what they sold. I didn’t try the official recipe, but sharing it anyway.

Cook Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Focaccia
  • Italian herbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 20 g Bean sprouts Bønnespirer/taugé
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 10 g Pickles
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 50 g Mayonnaise
  • 25 g Sour Cream Crème fraiche
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Cajun gumbo melange

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken filet in slices (I usually do this afterwards!)
  • Rub the chicken with olive oil and the melange
  • Oven on 180 degrees celcius and cook chicken for 40 minutes
  • Cut onions and pickles in 2mm cubes
  • Weigh the mayo, creme frauche, mustard and cajun gumbo melange
  • Mix with the pickles and onions
  • Open the focaccia and put the spreak on bottom half
  • Put the bean sprouts over the chicken filet and close off with the top of the bread
  • Enjoy!
