V&D La Place Broodje gemarineerde kip
Loved this sandwich and used to buy it in town, untill V&D and the La Place shop closed. Missed it loads and now I found the recipe and it comes darn close to what they sold. I didn’t try the official recipe, but sharing it anyway.
Ingredients
- 1 Focaccia
- Italian herbs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 20 g Bean sprouts Bønnespirer/taugé
- 500 g Chicken filet
- 10 g Pickles
- 1/2 Onion
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 25 g Sour Cream Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Cajun gumbo melange
Instructions
- Cut the chicken filet in slices (I usually do this afterwards!)
- Rub the chicken with olive oil and the melange
- Oven on 180 degrees celcius and cook chicken for 40 minutes
- Cut onions and pickles in 2mm cubes
- Weigh the mayo, creme frauche, mustard and cajun gumbo melange
- Mix with the pickles and onions
- Open the focaccia and put the spreak on bottom half
- Put the bean sprouts over the chicken filet and close off with the top of the bread
- Enjoy!
