Heksenkaas
Ingredients
- 150 g Cream cheese
- 30 g Leek Light green part
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
- ½ tsp garlic
- ½ tsp Fresh lemon juice I left this out, tastes better without
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the leek and parsley
- Put the garlic, leek, parsley and lemon juice in a food chopper
- Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper
- Chop until everything is finely chopped, but not completely smooth
- Add the mixture to a bowl and add the mayonnaise
- Stir well until smooth
