Heksenkaas

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 30 g Leek Light green part
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp Fresh lemon juice I left this out, tastes better without
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean the leek and parsley
  • Put the garlic, leek, parsley and lemon juice in a food chopper
  • Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper
  • Chop until everything is finely chopped, but not completely smooth
  • Add the mixture to a bowl and add the mayonnaise
  • Stir well until smooth
