- 1 big pan
Ingredients
- 5 onions
- 50 g butter
- 600 g hachee meat
- 2 tbsp flour
- 500 ml luke warm water
- 1 beef broth tablet
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cloves
Instructions
- Dice the onions
- Heat up the pan and add butter and fry the meat while stirring
- Fry the onion after about 2 minutes together with the meat
- Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and the flower and stir well
- Add the water and the broth tablet, just enough so the meat is just submerged under water
- Add vinegar, sugar, bay leaves and cloves
- Bring to a boil and put the lid partly on the pan
- Simmer for 3 hours
- Add pepper and salt to taste
