Cream Cheese Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 125 g real butter
- 100 g cream cheese
- 150 g sugar
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Heat the oven on 175 degrees Celcius and butter the tin and add a layer of flour to the buttered tin
- Add butter, cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and mix until creamy
- Add in an other bowl bananas, eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until it looks like a lumpy mass where eggs and milk are well mixed together
- Add the banana mixture to the rest and mix until all is mixed well.
- Add the flour and a pinch of salt, mix until all is mixed well
- Add the mixture to the tin and bake in 60-65 minutes golden brown and done
- Let the bread cool down in the tin, it will easily come out of the tin and let it cool down completely
