Chicken Curry salad

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Chicken filet
  • 100 g Pineapple
  • 75 g Mayonnaise
  • 1 cube Chicken broth
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Put water in a pan and add the chicken broth cube and bring to a boil
  • Boil the chicken until done in this water (10-15 minutes)
  • Mix mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice, paprika powder and turmeric together in a bowl
  • Shred the chicken into small pieces
  • Cut the spring onion into small rings
  • Cut the pineapple into small cubes
  • Add everything together in a bowl and stir well together
  • Add pepper and salt if you like
