Chicken Curry salad
Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken filet
- 100 g Pineapple
- 75 g Mayonnaise
- 1 cube Chicken broth
- 1 Spring Onion
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- Put water in a pan and add the chicken broth cube and bring to a boil
- Boil the chicken until done in this water (10-15 minutes)
- Mix mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice, paprika powder and turmeric together in a bowl
- Shred the chicken into small pieces
- Cut the spring onion into small rings
- Cut the pineapple into small cubes
- Add everything together in a bowl and stir well together
- Add pepper and salt if you like
