Cheesecake (baking)
Ingredients
Cake base
- Digestive biscuit base
- melted butter
Cake filling
- 600 g Cream Cheese
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Cake base
- Melt some butter and add the crushed biscuit crumbs
- Make sure it's not too wet
- Put in baking tin and press to the tin
- Cook biscuit base in oven for 10 minutes (180 degrees Celcius)
Cake filling
- Mix cheese untill soft, add condensed milk
- Then add the eggs, mix to a stable consistency
- Pour batter onto biscuit base and cook for about 30-40 minutes in the oven, on 180 degrees Celcius
- Cook untill firm and not untill brown!
