Bacon-cheese muffins
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Sunflower oil
- 250 ml Milk
- 250 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch Salt and Pepper
- 100 g Bacon Strips
- 70 g Grated cheese
- Extra cheese for decoration
Instructions
- Take 2 bowls, add in one of them the egg, sunflower oil and milk.
- In the other one add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper
- Mix the contents of the bowl seperately
- When mixed, add the contents together in 1 bowl and mix to a dough
- Then add the bacon (no need to fry these first) and grated cheese and fold into the batter
- I also added some chorizo sausage for extra flavour
- Fill the muffin tin with the batter
- Put some grated cheese on top
- Bake the muffins 12-15 minutes on 200 degrees Celcius until done and golden brown
- Enjoy!
