Amaretto Stoofperen
Ingredients
- 7 Stoofpeertjes
- 200 ml Amaretto
- 500 ml Water
- 1 Star aniseed (I leave this out)
- 1 little bag Vanilla sugar
- 20 g Sukrin
Instructions
- Peel the pears and cut in half to remove the core
- Take a high pan where the pears fit in
- Add the water, amaretto, sugar, sukrin and star aniseed and mix together
- Add the pears and bring to boil
- When it boils, turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 1,5 hours
- Then switch off the heat and let it sit for a while so the flavours can really get in to the pears
- I leave the aniseed out, I don’t like the taste of that
