Bread with cream cheese (La Place)
Ingredients
- 10 g Roman salad
- 120 g Cream cheese
- 15 g Sour cream Crème fraiche
- Crushed peppercorns
- 15 g Chives
- 5 g Parsley
- 1 Ciabatta
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese with the crushed pepper corns with a spatula, until you have a smooth structure
- Then add the crème fraiche and make sure the consistency stays smooth
- Cut the chives in little pieces and add half of it and all parsley to the mixture
- Open the ciabatta and make sure both halves are still connected to each other
- Cut the salad in strips and lay on the bread
- Put the cream cheese on top of the salad
- Decorate with some of the chives
- My own spin on this recipe: first drizzle the bread with olive oil on both sides and put on a panini grill until brown. Then add the salad to the bread and put the cream cheese on top. Super yummy
