Bread with cream cheese (La Place)

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 10 g Roman salad
  • 120 g Cream cheese
  • 15 g Sour cream Crème fraiche
  • Crushed peppercorns
  • 15 g Chives
  • 5 g Parsley
  • 1 Ciabatta

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese with the crushed pepper corns with a spatula, until you have a smooth structure
  • Then add the crème fraiche and make sure the consistency stays smooth
  • Cut the chives in little pieces and add half of it and all parsley to the mixture
  • Open the ciabatta and make sure both halves are still connected to each other
  • Cut the salad in strips and lay on the bread
  • Put the cream cheese on top of the salad
  • Decorate with some of the chives
  • My own spin on this recipe: first drizzle the bread with olive oil on both sides and put on a panini grill until brown. Then add the salad to the bread and put the cream cheese on top. Super yummy
