- 1 work table
- cling wrap
- 1 pasta machine
Ingredients
- 3 dl Durum flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt on the table.
- Make a hole in the middle and add the oil and egg in the hole.
- Slowly fold together.
- Knead the dough until its smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).
- Put in cling wrap and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough out a bit (sprinkle some flour on the table and on top of the dough).
- Then put the dough through the pastamachine.
- If it gets too sticky, add some flour to top and bottom of the dough.
