Simple “Indian” Curry
Got this recipe from someone I was visiting in the UK once. Easy and fast.
Ingredients
- 1-3 Onions
- Garlic/garlic powder to flavour
- Ginger powder to flavour
- Meat (chicken, or lamb for instance)
- Indian curry sauce or powder
- cans Chopped tomatoes
- 1 can Coconot milk can be left out
Instructions
- Fry onions, garlic and ginger together in oil (olive oil)
- Add meat (I usually use lamb or chicken), depends how much you want to make, but 4 chicken filets work
- Put in generous amounts of indian curry powder or indian curry paste (you choice)
- Add chopped tomatoes
- Leave to simmer
- (you can also add 1 tin of coconut milk)
- Serve with naan bread and rice
- Enjoy!
