“Big Mac” Wrap
“Big Mac” Wrap
Ingredients
- 4 Wraps
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 diced Onion
- 12 slices Cheese
- 1/4 Iceberg lettuce
- 4 Pickles in slices
Sauce
- 125 ml Mayo
- 3 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp Onions in small cubes
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic (or a bit of garlic powder)
- 1 bit of Olive oil
Instructions
- Add the meat to the wrap and push it on to the wrap, evenly dividing the meat over the wrap
- Sprinkle onion cubes over the meat and press into the meat
- Put wrap meat down into a skillet and cook
- Turn wrap, add cheese on the meat
- Put wrap on a plate
- Make the sauce by mixing all ingredients in a small bowl
- Add sauce to the wrap
- Add pickles
- Add lettuce
- Enjoy!
