“Big Mac” Wrap

“Big Mac” Wrap

Prep Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Wraps
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 diced Onion
  • 12 slices Cheese
  • 1/4 Iceberg lettuce
  • 4 Pickles in slices

Sauce

  • 125 ml Mayo
  • 3 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp Onions in small cubes
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic (or a bit of garlic powder)
  • 1 bit of Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add the meat to the wrap and push it on to the wrap, evenly dividing the meat over the wrap
  • Sprinkle onion cubes over the meat and press into the meat
  • Put wrap meat down into a skillet and cook
  • Turn wrap, add cheese on the meat
  • Put wrap on a plate
  • Make the sauce by mixing all ingredients in a small bowl
  • Add sauce to the wrap
  • Add pickles
  • Add lettuce
  • Enjoy!
