Breakfast cake (ontbijtkoek)

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Selfraising flour
  • 250 g Brown sugar bruine basterdsuiker/brun farin
  • ½ tbsp Speculaas spices
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 250 ml Milk

Instructions
 

  • Oven on 160 degrees Celcius (top and bottom heat)
  • Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix
  • Milk in a pan on the stove until reaching boiling point (you can see little bubbles on the inside of the pan)
  • Add the milk to the dry ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter
  • Put the batter in a bread form and then in the oven with it
  • Bake for 65-75 minutes
