Tiramisu

- 2 Bowls
Ingredients
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 4 tbsp milk
- lady fingers
- 1 cup strong coffee
- cacao powder
- grand marnier or Amaretto optional
Instructions
- Whip the whipped cream and sugar together
- Add in an other bowl milk to mascarpone and stir together
- Add the whipped cream bit by bit through the mascarpone and stir well
- Cover bottom of oven dish with lady fingers
- Sprinkle coffee (and grand marnier) over the lady fingers
- Put some of the mascarpone mixture on top
- Add another layer of lady fingers on the mascarpone mixture
- Sprinkle coffee (and grand marnier or Amaretto) over the lady fingers
- Put some of the mascarpone mixture on top
- Sprinkle some cacao powder on top and stick 1 lady finger in the Tiramisu
- Put in the fridge for at least an hour. Enjoy!
