Equipment

  • 1 big pan

Ingredients
  

  • 5 onions
  • 50 g butter
  • 600 g hachee meat
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml luke warm water
  • 1 beef broth tablet
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cloves

Instructions
 

  • Dice the onions
  • Heat up the pan and add butter and fry the meat while stirring
  • Fry the onion after about 2 minutes together with the meat
  • Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and the flower and stir well
  • Add the water and the broth tablet, just enough so the meat is just submerged under water
  • Add vinegar, sugar, bay leaves and cloves
  • Bring to a boil and put the lid partly on the pan
  • Simmer for 3 hours
  • Add pepper and salt to taste
