Tzatziki

Tzatziki

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g Greek Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cucumber, peel and take the seeds out
  • Grate the cucumber and put on a deep plate
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Stir together and let rest for 10 minutes
  • Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a blender (blender is not needed if you don't want to, then just stir together)
  • Squeeze the garlic and add to the blender
  • Blend until garlic is nicely mixed in with the rest
  • Press the water out of the mixture
  • Add the yogurt
  • Stir together
  • 1 hour in the fridge
  • taste
  • add some oil on top when serving
