Cheese onion bread
Equipment
- 1 bowl
- 1 mixer
- 1 tea towel
- 1 Rolling Pin
Ingredients
- 350 g flour
- 7 g salt
- 5 g yeast (dried)
- 228 ml luke warm water
- 2 big onions
- 100 g grated cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together to a nice dough
- Let rest for 1 hour in the bowl and place a tea towel on top of the bowl
- Press the air out of the dough and roll the dough out to a flat bread
- Place bread on the oven plate.
- Let rest for an other 30 minutes under a wet tea towel
- Cut onions in half rings. Place onions on bread and then top with the grated cheese
- Bake on 200 degrees Celcius for 25-30 minutes. My cheese was only ready after 40-50 minutes, so it depends a bit on the oven, just check if the cheese is getting brown as well
