Amaretto Stoofperen

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 7 Stoofpeertjes
  • 200 ml Amaretto
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 Star aniseed (I leave this out)
  • 1 little bag Vanilla sugar
  • 20 g Sukrin

Instructions
 

  • Peel the pears and cut in half to remove the core
  • Take a high pan where the pears fit in
  • Add the water, amaretto, sugar, sukrin and star aniseed and mix together
  • Add the pears and bring to boil
  • When it boils, turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 1,5 hours
  • Then switch off the heat and let it sit for a while so the flavours can really get in to the pears
  • I leave the aniseed out, I don’t like the taste of that
  • Enjoy!
