Bacon-cheese muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Sunflower oil
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch Salt and Pepper
  • 100 g Bacon Strips
  • 70 g Grated cheese
  • Extra cheese for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 bowls, add in one of them the egg, sunflower oil and milk.
  • In the other one add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper
  • Mix the contents of the bowl seperately
  • When mixed, add the contents together in 1 bowl and mix to a dough
  • Then add the bacon (no need to fry these first) and grated cheese and fold into the batter
  • I also added some chorizo sausage for extra flavour
  • Fill the muffin tin with the batter
  • Put some grated cheese on top
  • Bake the muffins 12-15 minutes on 200 degrees Celcius until done and golden brown
  • Enjoy!
